  All orders ship within 3-5 days

  Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service)

  We normally ship using ground delivery service. This is the best low-cost option. We ship from Kansas and depending on your location it may take up to 1-6 business days

  Backorders:

  We make every effort to ship all items ordered. However, if we do not have the item to ship we do not charge you for the item. When item comes available we can let you know upon your request.

  Claims:

  We inspect all items for quality and damages prior to packing orders. We also double check orders while packing the orders for shortages. In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer could receive a item that may not meet the customer’s standards. When this occurs, please see following steps:

   you may send the items to us with the copy of your receipt showing item purchased we will charge a 50% buy back fee and that can be applied to your next order. Please email us to get a authorization approval code other wise order may be returned.
